A nod to the craftsman who fashioned sheep’s clothing for the sly wolf, The Wolf’s Tailor stitches together chef Kelly Whitaker’s collaborations and travels through Italian kitchens and Asian night markets. Our menu features binchotan charcoal skewers, pastas made from house-milled grains, and plant-based dishes sourced from an on-site garden.
